At Itnig we are looking for an autonomous leader for a new Media organization. Our ideal candidate has experience in tech, journalism, and marketing, and:

Loves telling/writing/searching for great stories ✍️, enjoys training and learning at the same time about entrepreneurship 🚀, scaling great teams 👥 and startups 🏢, market trends 📊, technology💡 and venture capital 💰.

Takes full ownership of Itnig’s media platforms, ensuring top-quality content with consistency and frequency—no compromises 🎯.

Can manage a multidisciplinary team and bring it to achieve great results 🏆.

Has a business mindset and is eager to grow media revenue through innovative strategies.
The main responsibilities of this person will be:

Owns and leads Itnig’s YouTube 🎥, podcast 🎙️, blog 📝, and newsletter 📩.

Full ownership of Itnig’s social media: LinkedIn, X and Instagram 📲.

Developing an ambitious content calendar and securing top speakers (startup CEOs, investors, and executives) for talks and podcasts 🎤.

Manage corporate sponsors and convince them to buy exposure in our publications.

Find ways to continuously grow our audience (by participating in other publications, collaborations with other media 🤝, link building, SEO optimization 🔍, social media, contests 🎁, influencer marketing 🤩, …)
Success will be measured by:

Being able to keep the pace of shipping great content every week ⏳.

Audience feedback remains highly positive and engaged 💬.

This person will report directly to Itnig’s Investment Manager 📈.
